My name is Chris, looking to become a commercial pilot, I currently work as Technical support rep for PenTeleData a Internet service provider I listen to calls and help people fix their internet and you would not believe the stupidity of the people we get ( I thought it was obvious, however we have to tell people to NOT put the modem in the Microwave, or Not to have it installed in the bathroom or to NOT paint their modems)
So I am looking to make a career change.
