Absolutely, but we doubt that would ever happen!  If you receive a notice of disapproval on a checkride after you have signed up, completed our courses, and followed our studying methods, we will give you a refund to either total the amount of your checkride fee or the amount you paid for your subscription.

But guess what? That's never happened....we have a 100% Pass Rate!  We've never had a student fail a checkride for any certificate or rating!

Subscriptions are monthly from the date you signup.  If you sign up for the Captain level membership, it is a one time fee and your subscription is good for life!

Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month, but you may choose to cancel or pause anytime by going to "My Account" and "Subscription Options"

This is due to the large number of users we have, and the increasing cost of our servers that have to log each question answered, each lesson completed, etc.

All of our original free courses are still open and can be accessed from the free courses page

To be able to track your progress, keep track of your quiz results and progress through the courses, as well as print completion certificates, you will need to sign up for our basic membership that allows you to:

• Log in to all Open courses
• Keep track of your progress
• Print completion certificates
• Post questions and comments you have
• Earn points for completing courses
