Congrats! You’ve made it into Mardi Gras! Time to enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer, get some rest, review those notes from the first four Lessons, and get ready to blast off tomorrow. When leaving New Orleans we’ll be flying along “airways”, those same Victor airways you remember from your private pilot training, but probably never used. Flying along airways gives us guaranteed signal reception from VORs and guaranteed terrain clearance when following the minimum altitudes.
